Submissions are now open for the 2025 REA Excellence Awards. This year’s awards will feature eight submission-based categories and a new Top Agent data-led award recognising outstanding residential sales agents across the country.
The Top Agent award recognises the best residential sales agent in suburbs across Australia and leverages the same trusted data that powers realestate.com.au’s agent search rankings.
Residential Top Agents will be acknowledged on realestate.com.au with a new ‘Top Agent’ badge on their Agent Profile for 12 months, helping them to stand out in their local market and grow their business throughout 2026.
Sought after submission-based categories have returned for all markets, including Residential Agency of the Year, Commercial Agency of the Year, Property Management Team of the Year, Game Changer of the Year, and Contribution to Local Community.
Each submission-based award winner will receive a grant to invest in their business or professional development, personalised advertising assets for local marketing and media profiling.

Submissions are open until 11:59pm on Friday 14 November.
Finalists for the submission-based categories will be announced in late January, with winners of both the submission-based and Top Agent awards announced online in mid-February.
All eligible REA Group customers will be automatically entered into the data-driven Top Agent awards.
An independent expert judging panel will select the submission-based award winners.
