A Sunshine Coast, husband-and-wife team has launched their own agency, George Real Estate, powered by UrbanX in the Noosa Hinterland.
After entering the real estate industry from service-based backgrounds more than six years ago, Brian and Carlene George are excited to capitalise on their industry experience and run their own business the way they want, focusing on their clients.
Previously, the couple felt agency rules and restrictions under the traditional real estate model created roadblocks that held them back.
Motivated to do things differently, Mr and Mrs George said they were are excited by what the UrbanX platform provided for their business and this will enable them to provide a premium level of service for their clients.
“UrbanX go over and above for us, they react to everything quickly and after working in a traditional storefront agency we honestly can’t believe how quickly everything is turned around and how easy they make it for us,” the couple said.
“They are full of ideas and the energy to provide them is so motivating. Only yesterday we had a 30-minute catch up with the marketing team and they provided two amazing ideas we were able to execute quickly. Previously, this which would have taken months.
“On top of this, the backend support they provide gives us more time to focus on our clients and growing our business.”
Living and working in their local area, the Georges understand the importance of working under their own brand and the UrbanX team created a brand that incorporated everything they were looking for.
“Pomona is a bustling and vibrant village and the Noosa Hinterland is an up and coming area, so we wanted our brand to be approachable,” they said.
“We wanted the George Real Estate brand to have a premium, homely feel without being pretentious. As business owners, we are excited to stand under our own brand and provide an amazing experience for everyone in our local market.”
UrbanX Chief Energy Officer Dan Argent said exciting times were ahead for the duo.
