A modern mansion built on the site of Dean Martin’s former Beverly Hills estate has returned to market asking US$19.8 million (AUD$29 million) – a significant reduction from its original 2018 listing price of US$27.95 million.
The glassy 10,000-square-foot home sits on 0.86 acres in the gated Trousdale Estates neighbourhood, one of the larger lots in the celebrity-studded enclave.
According to Mansion Global, Developer Patrik Mirahmadi purchased the property in 2014 for US$3.95 million, according to public records, completing the current single-storey home in 2017.
The five-bedroom property features a glass-enclosed dining room with a 300-bottle wine display, double-sided marble fireplace, matching marble bar, home theatre and wellness amenities.

Outdoor spaces include a covered patio extending from the living area, fire pit, pool and outdoor kitchen with beer tap.
Dean Martin, known as the “king of cool,” owned various homes throughout Los Angeles over the decades.

It remains unclear when the legendary entertainer purchased the Trousdale property or how long he owned it.
The site was previously owned by Hollywood actor David Janssen and featured in the September 1965 issue of Architectural Digest.

Last year, the property was asking US$24.995 million.
Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty holds the listing.
