David Hayden has taken ownership of Stone Forest, marking a new chapter for the office after a decade of working within the Stone Real Estate network.
David has lived in the Forest area for most of his life, having grown up locally and attended schools in the area.
He brings more than 20 years of experience working across the Forest area, and has built what the network describes as a reputation as one of the Northern Beaches’ leading agents.
His track record includes being recognised as Agent of the Year for Belrose in 2024, 2025 and 2026, as well as Agent of the Year for Davidson in 2026.
David plans to grow the Stone Forest team, attract high-performing talent and strengthen Stone’s presence across the Northern Beaches.
The office is now actively looking to expand, with opportunities for experienced agents and property professionals to join the business.
