Stockdale & Leggo has made its return to the Ballarat market with the establishment of a new office led by respected local agent Daniel Nestor.
Mr Nestor, who brings 20 years of industry experience to the role, has taken charge as principal and director after thorough research and consideration.
The new office has hit the ground running, with more than 20 sales completed by Mr Nestor and his team in the first month since launching.
For Mr Nestor, the decision to open the office represents more than just a business move โ it’s a personal one, as he began his real estate career with Stockdale & Leggo back in 2006.
“To bring Stockdale & Leggo back to Ballarat is a privilege. It’s a brand built on integrity, performance and long-term relationships โ all the things I’ve built my own career on,” Mr Nestor said.
The move is part of Stockdale & Leggo’s broader strategy to expand into key regional markets by partnering with high-performing leaders who bring both strong local insight and entrepreneurial ambition.
Mr Nestor is known for his capacity to lead in different market conditions, prioritising market intelligence, strong team culture, and a commitment to community relationships and client outcomes.
He is supported by an experienced team, which includes Celeste Giles as sales consultant, Jessica Stevenson as head of property management, and Sarah Capuano as office manager.
Stockdale & Leggo CEO Charlotte Pascoe expressed her confidence in the new leadership.
“Daniel embodies the kind of leadership that elevates our entire brand,” Ms Pascoe said.
“He knows the market, he knows the people, and he knows what it takes to deliver results with integrity. We’re proud to support his return to where it all began.”
The Ballarat office is now fully operational and focused on delivering results for clients while leading with integrity, performing with consistency, and contributing meaningfully to local growth.
