Harcourts Victoria has appointed Courtney Berry as its new Business Operations Manager, stepping into the role while current Business Operations Manager Bella Costikidis takes maternity leave.
Courtney brings more than 10 years of experience across sales, property management support, training, operations and head office support, having worked across South East Victoria, inner Melbourne and the CBD, and the Mornington Peninsula.
“I’ve always wanted to work in real estate, and over the past 10 years I’ve been fortunate to experience so many different sides of the industry,” Courtney said.
“That’s given me a really broad view of how the whole business works, and I’m excited to bring that experience into my new role with Harcourts Victoria.”
Courtney said the brand’s presence across Australia and New Zealand, combined with its focus on growth and people, was a key drawcard.
“Harcourts has always been a brand I’ve recognised and respected. I love that it has such a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand, while still feeling like a business that is growing, evolving and investing in its people.”
In the role, Courtney will support Harcourts Victoria’s offices and teams, drawing on her operations and training background to help improve processes.
“I love making things run better, helping people feel supported and finding ways to make day-to-day work easier,” she said.
Kiarni Hall, Head of Business Operations, Australia, said Courtney’s experience across different areas of the industry would be a valuable addition to the team.

Harcourts Victoria CEO Adam Fiteni said Courtney’s breadth of experience made her a strong addition to the Victorian head office team.
“She’s worked across a number of different areas of real estate, so she understands the industry from a number of perspectives. That experience will be incredibly valuable as we continue to support our offices and people across Victoria,” Adam said.
