Coronis expands presence in Toowoomba with office relocation

Coronis Toowoomba have relocated, moving their office into the expanding Mills Precinct.

Agency leader Luke Hanson said the move to the Mills Precinct has made a refreshing change for the office, who had outgrown their space on Ruthven Street.

โ€œThe Mills Precinct offers a prominent location and gives Coronis greater exposure in Toowoomba.

โ€œBeing in the heart of the CBD will allow us to be more involved in every-day community activities while interacting with local residentsโ€, said Mr Hanson.

As part of the move, Coronis Toowoomba will also be expanding their team.

โ€œWeโ€™ve created a great culture here at Coronis Toowoomba. Being over an hour from most Coronis offices, itโ€™s really important to us to remain a close, and tight knit team.

โ€œOur team currently exists of two property managers, two administrators, three real estate agent and myself as agency leaderโ€, said Mr Hanson.

โ€œWeโ€™re looking for more agents who are enthusiastic and motivated, adding value to our team and be excited to join us at our new home, the Millsโ€.

Coronis Area Leader Anthony Hunt said the new office was a strategic decision to grow Coronisโ€™ presence in the Toowoomba marketplace.

โ€œItโ€™s an exciting time for our team, weโ€™re really looking forward to continue offering the Toowoomba community a complete end-to-end suite of services that will ultimately make their buying, renting or selling experience easierโ€, said Mr Hunt.
