Console announce integrated payment solution

Console Group have announced the introduction of Console Pay as a new capability in their flagship property management and trust accounting software, Console Gateway.

Console Pay powered Ezidebit, is now officially the first fully-integrated payment solution on the market.

The integration provides full visibility of payment information and the ability to manage changes to payment schedules, such as rent increases, directly in Console Gateway. This is in addition to automated receipting, which reduces rent receipting to just 5 minutes.

Differentiating Console from other solutions are auto-workflow prompts to ensure payment schedules are in line with lease changes and the ability to work with any bank’s trust account. And the capability is now available as part of a customer’s Console Gateway subscription, only requiring compliance paperwork to be completed.

Mr McGown also pointed out that it is estimated, that in Australia and New Zealand a combined $82B is paid in rent each year. A large research project conducted by Console uncovered that managing arrears and late payments is a key concern for property owners, with 30% of property owners having experienced problems with receiving rent on time. “With Console Pay our clients can alleviate this concern for their owners”.
