X Commercial has appointed industry heavyweight Conrad Nissirios as General Manager of Agency – NSW, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion.
With over three decades of frontline experience in residential and commercial property, Mr Nissirios brings extensive leadership experience to the growing brand.
Throughout his career, Mr Nissirios has founded businesses, scaled sales teams, launched new offices, and consistently delivered on growth and performance targets.
His specialty lies in building strong sales cultures, mentoring agents to achieve personal bests, and developing scalable systems that drive sustained success.
X Commercial CEO Daniel O’Brien expressed enthusiasm about the high-profile appointment.

Mr Nissirios joins X Commercial at a key moment in the company’s trajectory, with six offices across Sydney, Melbourne and a new office opening in New Zealand next week.
