Chantelle Walker and Derek Seth have opened Century 21 Rise, a new office servicing Gympie and the greater region, as Lead Principals.
Each brings eight years of local industry experience to the network. Derek first joined Century 21 in 2018, with Chantelle following in 2019 – both went on to win Rookie of the Year honours, Derek in 2019 and Chantelle in 2020.
Between them they have been recognised with the Centurion award multiple times, alongside numerous Diamond and Platinum sales accolades.
The pair have a track record selling property throughout the 4570 postcode and surrounding areas, having facilitated hundreds of sales and secured multiple property record results.
“Our vision is to reinstate a people-first business grounded in relationships before transactions, re-engage with the community and re-establish quality over quantity,” Chantelle and Derek said.
“We chose Century 21 as it aligns with our values; it’s about people, trust, and community. Plus, the systems and support allow us to focus on clients.”
Asked about the move into their new office, the pair described the experience as busy and exciting. They said they are aware of new challenges ahead but have felt real momentum and support from the community since day one.

Century 21 Australasia Chairman Charles Tarbey welcomed the pair back to the network.
