Century 21 has opened a new office in Killara on Sydney’s North Shore, led by Principal Claire Yan Liu and her team.
Century 21 North Group will service Killara, Gordon, and Lindfield, with Claire bringing more than seven years of real estate experience to the role.
The office marks a return to Century 21 for Claire and her team, who previously worked under the brand before moving to another agency.
“Rejoining Century 21 feels like after a long trip we finally come back home,” Claire said.
“Within a relatively short period of three months, our team successfully completed the transition from the previous agency to establish our own start-up agency, and subsequently joined the Century 21 network.”
Claire said the new office aims to build a collaborative platform for experienced agents.
“Our goal is to build a respected brand that stands for integrity, expertise, and long-term success in the North Shore property market.”
The partners at North Group live in Sydney’s North Shore suburbs, which Claire said gives them firsthand knowledge of the local market.
Century 21 Australasia Chairman Charles Tarbey said the team’s return reflected well on the network.
