C21 continues expansion with two new offices

Following the rapid success of her Forbes office, Century 21 Principal Tara Kelly has opened a brand-new office in the diverse and thriving regional city of Parkes, in central New South Wales.

From humble beginnings with just two staff members, Ms Kelly now employs six full-time and five part-time staff across both the Parkes and Forbes locations.

“My business has grown exponentially under the banner of C21,” Ms Kelly said.

“I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of the fabulous family network who has really helped and guided me throughout the rapid expansion of my business.”

Ms Kelly brings a wealth of experience to her team, having first joined the real estate industry as a property manager in 1997.

After having a family, she returned to real estate, but in a sales role, starting her own business in Forbes in 2017, and joining Century 21 two years later.

“I was working as an independent agent up until 2019 and wanted to join C21 to be part of a global network, and to be more competitive in my marketplace.

“C21 offers excellent marketing exposure and support, not only to me as the principal but also the wide range of training and technology assistance with my staff.”

Ms Kelly said there had been significant growth in regional NSW.

“I was therefore drawn to Parkes due to the demand from clients and when the opportunity came up to purchase the rent roll this made sense for me,” she said.

“We now cover a large area of the central west with offices in Forbes and Parkes as well as covering many other surrounding communities.”

Located in the heart of NSW, on the Newell Highway, Parkes has recently experienced a surge of activity in agriculture, mining and transport sectors, driving the growth of real estate in the area.

“Along with most of the country, we have experienced huge demand from people either looking to relocate to the central west or looking to invest in its booming market,” Ms Kelly said.

In addition to the new office in Parkes, Century 21 has also expanded its footprint in Queensland.

Principal agent Jessica Ryan and lead sales representative Glenn Ryan have joined the Century 21 network and will be operating as Century 21 Boutique Agents in the Gold Coast suburb of Pacific Pines.

The dynamic husband and wife team are experienced in selling a diverse range of properties, from homes in neat suburban neighbourhoods, to large acreage blocks, as well as coastal houses and architecturally designed homes.

Motivated to help their clients achieve their property goals, the duo pride themselves on being able to capture the unique essence of each property they sell.

C21’s expansion shows no signs of slowing down with more new locations set to open, as well as office renewals to be announced soon, ensuring a prosperous start to 2022.
