A sprawling waterfront estate once owned by music superstar Céline Dion has changed hands for US$12.5 million (approximately A$19 million), after initially hitting the market with a US$20 million price tag.

Located at 370 Eagle Drive in the exclusive Admirals Cove community in Jupiter, Florida, the luxury residence was listed for sale in May 2026 before its asking price was reduced to US$14.95 million in July.

The property was subsequently withdrawn from the market in August before securing an off-market buyer for US$12.5 million, representing a 37.5 per cent difference from its original asking price.

According to public record information provided about the transaction, the buyer was investor Myron Miller, represented by Willie Abreu of The Nicolas Group at SERHANT.

The Mediterranean-style estate, originally commissioned by Dion and her late husband, René Angélil, was completed in 1998 and occupies approximately 0.65 acres (2,630 square metres), a substantially larger parcel than many of the surrounding residential properties.

With more than 14,000 square feet (1,300 square metres) of air-conditioned living space, the residence features eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, expansive entertaining areas, a wine cellar and an ornate private cinema.

Outside, a resort-style swimming pool anchors the landscaped grounds, while a private dock provides boating access to the surrounding waterways.

The property’s substantial landholding, waterfront position and extensive accommodation place it among the larger luxury residences within Admirals Cove, a gated community known for its waterfront homes, boating facilities and private club lifestyle.

Dion sold the property in 2002 for US$9 million, with the latest transaction adding another chapter to the history of the celebrity-linked estate.

Although the Canadian singer was not involved in the latest sale, the property’s association with one of the world’s best-known recording artists has remained a distinctive part of its history.
