Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. have listed their Los Angeles family home for US$10.5 million (A$14.7 million), marking the end of a 13-year chapter for the couple.
The actors – who met on the set of I Know What You Did Last Summer in 1997 and married in 2002 – purchased the Brentwood estate for US$6.1 million (A$8.5 million) in August 2013.

The property first appeared on the market as a rental in March 2025, with an asking price of US$60,000 (A$84,000) per month, according to Elle Decor.
