Brisbane Bayside real estate specialist Nyree Ewings has etched her name amongst an elite group, selling her 1000 home this week.
Making the achievement even more remarkable, Ewings only started in sales 14 years ago with LJ Hooker Property Centre.
The milestone comes on the back of Ewings being named LJ Hooker’s Top International Salesperson for the value of property sold last year. Even amongst a tightening market where transactions dropped well-below average levels, Ewings still settled 95 properties over the 2022 calendar year.
There are few streets in the Bayside area that Ewings hasn’t sold a home in. Highly productive, she works alongside a simple but effective mantra: “You’re only as good as your last sale”.
Ewings has reached her milestone in quick time. Taking into account that she – like all sales agents – spent her first few years building a database and profile in the marketplace, she’s still averaged more than 71 settlements a year over her career.
She’s also acquired more than 800 reviews from satisfied customers on Rate My Agent.
The milestone aside, Ewings said her reason for getting out of bed in the morning was her clients.
As adept at selling duplexes in Thorneside as she is selling family homes in Cleveland – where she’s the current Rate My Agent sales specialist of the year – there’s one particular buyer group the high performer has a soft spot for.
