On Wednesday July 1, one of Adelaide’s most successful real estate offices will relaunch as Boffo Real Estate.
The agency’s Managing Director, Jarrad Boffo, is excited for the chance to bring his real estate vision to life.
“After 17 years being part of a real estate franchise we felt the time was right to launch as an independent agency,” he said.
Boffo Real Estate is proudly South Australian and will launch with a team of nearly 50 real estate agents and property specialists spanning both sales and property management, all of whom remain from the previous office.
In 2019 the team sold a combined $230 million of properties, and currently have a combined $605 million worth of residential properties under management.
Although the Boffo name is new, the team has the street smarts that come with years of experience in the Adelaide real estate market.
“Of course a knowledge of property and the market is essential, but real estate is fundamentally a people business.
Our agents understand the emotional attachment people have to their homes,” Mr Boffo explained.
The pandemic period isn’t an ideal time to launch a new real estate agency, but it demonstrates Mr Boffo’s strong belief in his team and the strength of the South Australian real estate industry.
The new brand will soon be a familiar sight to anyone in Adelaide’s north east, with the brand’s colourful signboards appearing across Adelaide neighbourhoods from this week.
The branding was developed by Adelaide-based agency Simple Integrated Marketing.
“We’re thrilled with the new branding,” Mr Boffo said. “It’s like the agency — fresh, optimistic and unlike anything else in the real estate market.”
