Belle Property Mornington and Mount Eliza has opened a third office in Seaford, extending the business’s reach along Melbourne’s Bayside corridor and into the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.

The new office is positioned to service Seaford, Frankston, Frankston South, Carrum Downs and Langwarrin, building on the existing Mornington and Mount Eliza operations run by principals Brett Trebilcock and Bill Joycey.

Joining the leadership team as partners are General Manager Erin Winch, Head of Property Management Alistair Shearer, and Licensed Sales Agent Billy Dhandwar.

Brett said the move was a natural evolution for the business.

“We’ve built our reputation on delivering outstanding service, strong local expertise and exceptional results for our clients.

“Expanding into Seaford allows us to extend that offering into a growing market while creating new opportunities for both our clients and our team.”

Clients across the three offices will now have access to an integrated network spanning Mornington, Mount Eliza and Seaford, which the business says will provide broader buyer reach and greater market exposure.

Erin said the expansion built on the strengths of the existing offices.

“This expansion is about building on what we do best. By bringing together the strengths of our three offices, we’re able to deliver broader buyer reach, shared local expertise and an integrated approach that creates even greater opportunities for our clients.”

The new office also extends the group’s property management offering into Melbourne’s south-east.

Alistair said the Seaford region continues to draw strong interest from renters and investors.

“Seaford and the surrounding suburbs continue to attract strong interest from both renters and investors,” he said.

“Expanding our presence into Seaford enables us to support more rental providers and renters across the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula while continuing to deliver the personalised service, local expertise and proactive property management our clients have come to expect.”

Belle Property Head of Victoria Anthony Webb welcomed the expansion, pointing to the calibre of the leadership team behind it.

“Brett, Bill, Erin, Alistair and Billy have built an outstanding business founded on professionalism, collaboration and a genuine commitment to their clients.

“Their expansion into Seaford is a natural progression and reflects both the strength of their leadership and the opportunities across one of Victoria’s most dynamic Bayside growth corridors.”

Belle Property Seaford is now open at 112 Nepean Highway, Seaford, VIC.
