Belle Property rings in new year with two new Queensland offices

Belle Property has started 2021 with a bang by opening two new offices in Queensland.

The two new offices include one at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, which will be led by award-winning First National veteran Rhys Wildermoth, and another at Rochedale, south of Brisbane, with Belle Property lead agents Mandeep Singh and Elliott Brown at the helm.

Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said he was confident in both offices’ growth prospects in the year ahead.

Mr Hanscomb said Belle Property had taken steps to ensure the company was able to operate effectively in the digital landscape before last year’s lockdown had commenced.

“We had already implemented the necessary changes, which allowed greater bandwidth to focus on our core business priority: supporting our clients along their real estate journey, no matter the market conditions,” Mr Hanscomb said.

“As restrictions eased and the market stabilised, we had strong commercial momentum which has since enabled us to embark on an aggressive expansion in key lifestyle locations.”

He said sustaining strong customer relationships would be the single biggest hurdle facing the real estate industry as it recovered from the instability of the past 12 months and he believed Belle Property was well placed to continue its success in that area.

“The pivot to a digital customer journey has resulted in a volume and speed of interest from buyers that the industry hasn’t experienced before,” he said. “While this has made quality client relationship development a greater challenge, it has reinforced the importance of our collaborative network and team model.”

Mr Wildermoth said he was attracted to take on the role at Belle Property because of its reputation for prestige marketing, exceptional customer service, and its association with Sitchu Living magazine.

“Palm Beach is a sought-after lifestyle location,” he said of the Gold Coast suburb.  “From branding to internal operations, [Belle Property] embed exceptional quality at the core of what they do, and that in turn allows me to deliver exceptional quality of service to my clients.”
