Belle Property has expanded its Central Coast presence with a new office in Blue Bay, led by local agents Josh Froud and Ricky Cavarra.
The pair, who bring a combined 17 years of industry experience, previously worked within one of the region’s leading sales teams before launching the new business.
Both were raised on the Central Coast and have established community networks in the area.
Blue Bay and surrounding suburbs including Toowoon Bay and Bateau Bay are attracting interest from buyers relocating from metropolitan areas, according to Belle Property. Downsizers, retirees and families are drawn to the area’s coastal lifestyle, accessibility and relative value compared with neighbouring markets.
“We want our clients to feel they can place complete trust in us when it comes to handling their most valuable asset,” Josh said.
“Our goal is for people to feel supported every step of the way and know they can turn to us at any time for honest advice and guidance.”
Ricky said the pair see themselves as trusted advisors rather than traditional agents.
“Communication is constant, and we always put ourselves in the client’s shoes to understand their goals and circumstances,” he said.
“We also ensure buyers are treated with respect and care throughout the process, so everyone benefits from a positive outcome.”
Andrew Robinson, Belle Property Head of State for New South Wales, said the pair’s local knowledge and client focus made them well suited to represent the brand.
“We are confident Belle Property Blue Bay will quickly become the go-to agency for buyers, sellers and investors seeking a trusted, high-quality real estate experience,” Andrew said.
The office is located at 3/104 Pacific Street, Toowoon Bay.
