Belle Property’s Parramatta and Beecroft | Carlingford business, led by principals Chris Sahyoun and Thomas Perram, has expanded into the Epping market.
The new office broadens the group’s footprint across Sydney’s north-west corridor, an area the business says continues to attract investors and buyers thanks to its infrastructure, transport links and employment hubs.
Leading the expansion are sales agents Thomas Perram and Matthew Formosa, alongside property investment consultant George Kollias.
Thomas said the move was a natural fit for the business.
“Epping is a natural extension of our business and represents an exciting opportunity to further support clients across Sydney’s northern and north-western suburbs,” he said.
“Bringing together our collective expertise allows us to provide an even greater level of service, connecting more buyers, investors and tenants with our clients’ properties and delivering premium outcomes through the strength of our network and local knowledge.”
George said the expansion would allow the business to offer a more sophisticated approach to residential investment advice.
“Epping and the surrounding areas offer strong fundamentals for investors, with excellent infrastructure, transport links and employment hubs continuing to drive demand,” he said.
“By bringing together the expertise of our Parramatta, Beecroft | Carlingford and Epping teams, we are able to provide clients with deeper market insights, broader reach and a more tailored level of service.”
George added that the team’s focus extended beyond managing properties.
“Our focus goes beyond property management. We are committed to helping clients maximise the performance of their investments and build long-term wealth through informed advice and strategic guidance.”
