The expansion of Belle Property Escapes to Byron Bay is expected to meet demand for premium holiday accommodation.

Belle Property today announced the expansion of its premium holiday accommodation division, Belle Property Escapes, to the Byron Bay region. The new service will be led by Braden Walters, principal of Belle Property Byron Bay & Lennox Head and operate from the same premises.
The opening comes at a busy time for long-standing local RFS volunteer Braden, who along with his team has been helping with local clean-up efforts after the recent floods.
Having witnessed the destruction first-hand, the team has devised a new fundraising initiative — Donate a Tub— to help families who lost everything. As Braden explains, “For around $200 we can assemble a tub of essential items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, detergent, towels, toilet paper, crockery etc. We aim to raise enough for 100 tubs and donations can be made via our gofundme page.”
Explaining the decision to launch in the Byron shire, Belle Property Escapes CEO, Peter Hanscomb, said, “Byron Bay is a hugely popular destination for lifestyle-oriented visitors, and with the resumption of domestic and international travel we expect to see increasing demand for premium holiday accommodation as the year progresses.
“Through simple online search tools, curated destination guides and access to local specialists Belle Property Escapes will provide an extensive range of high-quality homes for discerning visitors to the area,” he added.
And the area is crying out for this type of service, as Braden explains, “We see a gap in the local market for a high-quality, boutique holiday rental service, which Belle Property Escapes will meet via its premium offerings, quality marketing and customer care which far outstrips the competition.”
“Many clients have been waiting for us to launch and we look forward to maximising the returns on their investments, while delivering the premium service they have come to associate with our brand,” said Braden.
