A testament to the Barry Plant Group’s focus on customer service, the real estate network has once again been recognised by the 2018 Australian Achiever Awards with a group certification for customer service.
For the 14th year in a row, every Barry Plant office achieved a ‘Highly Recommended’ status for customer service, with Sam D’Angelo and the team at the Barry Plant Sunbury office attaining a near-perfect score of 99.70 per cent.
The Australian Achiever Awards are an independent award system based on assessment ratings from real estate agency customers. They are unbiased and focus on vital criteria including time-related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication and overall perception.
These elements are graded and combined into a final score out of 100 per cent for each agency. Anything above 80 per cent is considered exceptional.
The top five Barry Plant offices were Sunbury, Lilydale, Ballarat, Doreen and Diamond Creek. Across the board, more than half of the total Barry Plant offices scored higher than 98 per cent.
Barry Plant CEO, Mike McCarthy said the result substantiated the commitment of the Barry Plant network to all its clients.
“Looking after the interests of our customers is our number one priority and we’re thrilled our scores across the network reflect this commitment,” said Mike.
