Barry Plant Group a growing force in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs

One of Victoria’s top real estate networks, the Barry Plant Group, is making its mark in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs.

It was only a year ago that the group made its first foray into Bayside, taking over Phillips Nicholson’s Mordialloc office and rebranding it to Barry Plant. The group’s unrivalled service, expertise and professionalism has been well received in the area – so well, in fact, that the Mordialloc office has expanded to incorporate two further offices into this growing Bayside network.

Malcolms Real Estate’s offices in Mordialloc and Cheltenham are set to be rebranded to Barry Plant early in the new financial year. The second office in Mordialloc will be used to accommodate the larger team that is needed as a result of the success of the brand in Mordialloc.

Barry Plant Mordialloc’s Director, Michael Care, couldn’t be happier.

Popular schools in both the public and private sector attract families; local shopping strips enhance the laid-back atmosphere and village-like charm, while Southland Shopping Centre offers a hub of major retailers and cinemas.
