For the third year in a row, Barry Plant is teaming up with Simonds Homes and Satterley developers for the โHome for a Cureโ campaign, raising much needed money to support the My Room Childrenโs Cancer Charity.
The past two years have seen Jim Hatzimoisis, Director at Barry Plant Taylors Lakes auction off house and land packages, raising over $1.3 million for the My Room charity.
This year, Mr Hatzimoisis will auction a completed and fully-furnished home located in the heart of Satterleyโs Arcadia estate in Officer in Melbourneโs south-east.
The residence, which has been built by Simonds Homes, will go under the hammer on Channel 9โs My Room Telethon in October.
โWe are so excited to be involved in the โHome for a Cureโ charity again, and to be auctioning off a beautiful Simonds residence in one of Satterleyโs premier estates is doubly exciting,โ Mr Hatzimoisis said.
โMy Room is such an amazing charity doing really important work helping children and their families in the battle against cancer. It is just such a privilege to help them any way we can.
โThis is a stunning family home with generous proportions, luxury upgrades, and brilliant alfresco highlights that will be perfect for summer entertaining,โ continued Mr Hatzimoisis.
โThe location in the master-planned Arcadia will also be appreciated by families, with the estate offering an abundance of beautiful parklands and playgrounds as well as convenience to terrific shopping and schools.โ
