Aurora Property welcomes prestige specialists to Brisbane team

High-performing sales agents Jill Wright-Wotton and Tony Duncombe have joined Aurora Property, bringing their expertise in Brisbane's Inner North to the fast-growing agency.

Aurora Property has expanded its Brisbane presence with the addition of two prestige specialists, Jill Wright-Wotton and Tony Duncombe, who bring almost three decades of combined real estate expertise to the agency.

The pair previously worked together for five years at Place Estate Agents, collaborating on multiple campaigns throughout Brisbane’s Inner North.

While they have joined Aurora Property as Senior Lead Agents, they will continue to utilise each other’s connections and expertise to maximise outcomes for sellers and buyers in their corridor.

Ms Wright-Wotton’s core market is prestige Hendra and Clayfield, where she has set multiple sales benchmarks, including a record $3.8m for vacant land (850sqm) at 80 Mein Street, overlooking Eagle Farm Racecourse.

Her expertise in managing prestige campaigns has also been sought out by sellers further afield. She recently sold a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 20 Stopford St Wooloowin for $5.05m.

“Hendra and Clayfield are high-end markets with discerning sellers and buyers,” Ms Wright-Wotton said.

“The response (to the move) from clients has been encouraging, and I’m looking forward to launching several new high-end properties in coming weeks.

“With Tony, we’re both Senior Lead Agents but we appreciate how each other works and will collaborate on campaigns when it benefits our sellers.”

Mr Duncombe has 15 years’ experience servicing the Inner North, developing a broad database and expertise in the process.

“Clayfield and Hamilton’s appeal is well-known for both the lifestyles they offer and proven returns and growth for investors,” Mr Duncombe said.

“Wooloowin is another tightly-held pocket attracting interest from savvy buyers.

“Relationships are everything and Aurora Property’s growth strategy in the Inner North allows us to focus on connections with sellers and buyers, with the peace of mind that campaign collateral and admin support is being supported at a high level back at the office.”

Charles Higgins, Aurora Property’s Director of Sales – Queensland, said he was keen to expand the agency’s footprint with the agents.

“I first came into contact with Jill and Tony five years ago, dealing with them personally when I was in the market, myself,” Mr Higgins said.

“Through the lens of a buyer, I could see the professionalism and pursuit of perfection they both hold, and how that’s won the trust of sellers in these sought-after pockets of the Inner North.

“Jill and Tony are going to be brilliant ambassadors of Aurora Property and contribute to our culture of collaboration and development, which has underpinned the growth of our sales division over the last 18 months.”
