Konstantin Melnikov has been appointed Associate Director at Aurora Property, bringing over 20 years of Sydney real estate experience spanning residential, commercial, and off-the-plan project sales.
A licensed agent, Konstantin has built an established network of clients and referral business throughout his career and was recognised as Luddenham’s Top Agent at the 2025 REA Awards for Excellence.
Joining him is long-term team member Ferenc Goemoeri, who has worked alongside Konstantin since 2021 and will take on the role of Sales Agent within Team Melnikov.
The pair will operate from Aurora Property’s Neutral Bay office.
Aurora Property General Manager Antonio Licata said the decision to approach Konstantin went beyond his track record.
“Kon is an exceptional agent,” Antonio said.
“He is award winning, highly regarded by his clients and respected by his colleagues, but after spending time getting to know him, what stood out just as strongly was the person behind those achievements.
“His ambitions align strongly with where Aurora is heading, and that made the opportunity to bring him into the business particularly compelling.”

Antonio said the Associate Director title reflects Konstantin’s seniority, vision, and longer-term ambitions within the group.
Ferenc, originally from Hungary and having also lived in London before relocating to Australia, brings more than seven years of real estate experience to the role, with a focus on relationship building, negotiation, and communication.
Antonio said the partnership between the two agents reinforced Aurora’s confidence in the fit.
“Ferenc brings a creative mindset, genuine passion and a clear desire to continue developing,” he said.
“The way he and Kon work together, and the ambition they share, reiterated why we wanted this team to be part of Aurora’s growth plan for years to come.”
The appointments add depth to Aurora’s existing Lower North Shore operation, where the business already has an established property management presence and sales agents working within the market.
Antonio said Aurora’s approach to expansion in the region would remain measured.
“We already operate in the heart of the Lower North Shore, where we have a high performing property management team and senior sales agents with fantastic reputations,” he said.
“Growth is important, but our ability to properly service our clients is more important. Expanding the team gives us greater capacity to service more clients, across a wider area, while continuing to give each property and each relationship the attention it deserves.”
“We are ambitious, resourced and capable, but we will only align ourselves with the right calibre of person,” he said.
“We don’t believe in finding someone and asking them to simply fit an Aurora mould. We look for alignment in mentality, values and ambition, and then we build from there together, as we have with Kon and Ferenc.”
Konstantin and Ferenc will commence operating as Team Melnikov from Aurora Property’s Lower North Shore office on 7 September 2026.
