RE/MAX Australia welcomes expansion in Wagga Wagga with the merger of the much-awarded RE/MAX Elite and Wagga Property Management.
Dave Skow, who worked with RE/MAX before starting Wagga Property Management five years ago, has acquired RE/MAX Elite in Wagga adding an experienced sales division to his successful property management business.
“This is an exciting expansion for the Wagga property sector, with my seven property management staff moving into the larger Baylis Street offices of RE/MAX Elite and joining eight RE/MAX professionals there.”
Mr Skow is one of three finalists for the 2018 REA Real Estate Excellence Awards ‘Property Manager of the Year’, with winners announced at a gala dinner later this month.
While broker-owner of RE/MAX Elite, he will personally maintain his property management focus.
“Merging with RE/MAX adds a sales arm to my business but I intend to remain in property management rather than adding sales to my job description.”
Mother and daughter team Annette and Jenna Pollard, who owned RE/MAX offices in both Wagga and Junee will retain ownership of the Junee operation, under its new name, RE/MAX Vision.
