Andy Bui has been appointed principal of Century 21 Property People in Salisbury, South Australia, taking over a franchise that has been under local family ownership for more than 45 years.
Andy steps into the role after 17 years with the business, having worked his way up under the mentorship of Gregory Nybo, a foundation Century 21 Australia franchisee who joined the network in 1989.
Greg is entering semi-retirement, moving into a new role as business development manager and brand ambassador for the franchise. His wife, Holly Nybo, continues as administration support and brand ambassador.
An award-winning agent within the Century 21 network, Andy brings a background in sales and project marketing, bilingual skills in Vietnamese, and deep local knowledge as a lifelong resident of Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
During his tenure, Greg built a significant track record within the network, earning multiple Centurion Awards – Century 21 Australasia’s most prestigious accolade – along with the Sam Raiti Award, the 2100 Cup, and a place in the Hall of Fame. He also served as Past President of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia.
Andy said he wants to build on that foundation.
“My goal is to continue building on the fine work of Greg and Holly, who built a strong presence for the Century 21 brand in this region,” he said.
Charles Tarbey, Chairman and CEO of Century 21 Australasia, attended the official launch of the franchise under its new ownership.
“It was a real pleasure to attend the official function to launch Century 21 Property People under the new ownership of Andy Bui,” Charles said.
“Congratulations to Greg Nybo and Holly Nybo on building such an outstanding business, and on mentoring Andy over 17 years. This is one of the best succession strategies I have seen.”
