The award-winning agent said the secret to her success is record results, strong relationships and having fun along the way.
The Announcement:
Award-winning agent Amy Kaslar has continued to achieve record-breaking sales throughout her 20 year career in real estate in the northern suburbs of Sydney.
She has now made the move to Australia’s leading property group, joining the Ray White Cherrybrook | Thornleigh | West Pennant Hills office.
Ms Kaslar’s decision to join Ray White came about as she was drawn to the group being fourth generation family owned and led.
“I started in real estate when my father and I opened an office together. I had no real estate experience at the time, but was able to build the business up to be the dominant agency in the area,” Ms Kaslar said.
“That really influenced my decision to join the Ray White Group. I felt I really aligned with the family values of the group, and knowing that the company is still family owned and led now.”
Ms Kaslar has been ranked as one of the top salespeople worldwide for a leading real estate franchise network and her sights are still set on the clear goals she has for the future.
“Fellow member of my team Sam Outch and I work together and as a team our goals are simple – keep achieving record results, build long lasting relationships with our clients, provide a world class service and have fun with what we do,” Ms Kaslar said.
Ray White Cherrybrook | Thornleigh | West Pennant Hills – which has been recognised as one of the top businesses within the Ray White Group – has extensive market share across the northern districts.
The highly regarded principals Nathan Leuzzi and Dion Verzeletti believe Amy Kaslar to be a perfect fit for the team. Mr Leuzzi realised this when he experienced firsthand the exceptional service Ms Kaslar provided for her clients.
“We’ve both known Amy for years and have always admired her reputation in the community, but it wasn’t until I bought a house through her last year that I realised just how skilled she was,” Mr Leuzzi said.
“Amy has been a rock in the community over the last 20 years, and we’re excited to be joining forces as such dominant market leaders.”
Likewise, Mr Verzeletti said Ms Kaslar was a perfect fit for the team.
“Amy provides exceptional service to her clients, and this is something that is so important to us. We’ve worked hard to not only streamline processes and transactions within the business, but to refine the experience that our buyers and sellers receive,” Mr Verzeletti said.
“We are the biggest business in the northern districts, and are fortunate to have had five staff join us throughout the last month, including Amy and Sam.
“Having the right people onboard means that we’re really able to focus on dominating our core markets of Cherrybrook, Thornleigh, West Pennant Hills, Westleigh and Normanhurst.”
Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch said it was a compliment to see Ms Kaslar join the group.
“Amy is a household name within the northern districts and is one of the top performing women in this industry across Australia,” Mr McCulloch said.
“We are immensely proud to have someone of Amy’s calibre choose to join our brand.”
