Amie Goddard has joined Ray White The Bayside Group, bringing more than 13 years of experience and what the network describes as an established reputation as an Elite Performer in Melbourne’s Bayside market.
Amie has spent more than a decade building a loyal client base and delivering results across Cheltenham and the surrounding Bayside suburbs.
“Joining The Bayside Group gives me the opportunity to combine what I’ve built over the past 13 years with the platform, people and resources of a business that is genuinely pushing the standard forward,” she said.
“I’ve always believed that maximising a property’s potential starts with understanding the buyer, presenting the home exceptionally well and creating an emotional connection from the moment they walk through the door.”
Amie has developed a reputation for advice she describes as considered and practical, drawn from experience in strategic marketing, property presentation and buyer behaviour.
“My family and I actively renovate and sell homes locally, so much of the advice I give my clients comes from firsthand experience,” she said.
“I understand where to invest, where not to, and how the right decisions around presentation can materially influence the way buyers respond to a property.”
She said that distinction had become increasingly important in the current Bayside market.
“Buyers have more information and more choice than ever. The properties that create an immediate emotional response are the ones that tend to generate the strongest competition,” she said.
Ray White The Bayside Group director and chief auctioneer Kevin Chokshi said Amie’s appointment represented an important moment for the growing business.
“For years, we’ve watched Amie from across the fence. She competed hard, represented her clients exceptionally well and consistently set a very high standard,” Kevin said.
“You notice people like that. To now have Amie choosing to build the next chapter of her career with us is something we’re incredibly proud of.”
Kevin said the appointment reflected the type of business The Bayside Group was continuing to build.
“We’ve never wanted to grow simply for the sake of getting bigger. We want to surround ourselves with exceptional people who make the standard higher,” he said.
“Amie does exactly that.”
