Amber Werchon Property has opened a new premises in the heart of Nambour in Currie Street. The new, larger office of the award-winning property company will operate as a sister site to the primary office in Mooloolaba.
As the business continues to grow, and with an increased number of sales made by AWP in the area, expanding the current Nambour location was very timely. With the popularity of Nambour growing rapidly, Director Ms Amber Werchon said that “to be a part of the growth we have seen [in] Nambour, where the median price of houses has increased in value by 25.8 per cent over the past five years, is just fantastic. We anticipate the future growth of this area to continue and look forward to seeing what the future holds for Nambour.”
Unknown to many, the Director herself was born in Nambour, with her parents running the nearby Woombye Pub at the time. She also attended school in Nambour, and purchased her first property there too. Ms Werchon went on to say that because of this she has been passionate about the area for many years.
“My late uncle had his own real estate office in this very location for many years, so it really is a sentimental space for both myself and my family.”
Leading agent and licensee in charge Tristan Brown, who has specialised in selling in the Nambour area for a number of years, is excited to now be working from the revitalised Nambour office.
