Property Managers, Agency Principals and Franchise Ops teams can now ask Claude or ChatGPT what needs their attention this week and get an answer drawn from live PropertyMe data.
PropertyMe says the launch of AiMe Connect makes it the first Australian residential property platform to connect directly to the AI GPT assistants agencies already use.
PropertyMe manages close to two million properties for 6,500 agencies.
AiMe is what PropertyMe describes as the market-leading, real-estate-specific AI family of products, built in the platform at the point of need.
Until now, getting answers out of that data meant clicking through screens or manipulating multiple Excel files for every question.
AiMe Connect replaces that with a conversation and offers customers the choice to use “AI their way”.
Ask the question, get the answer
Agencies connect their own Claude or ChatGPT account to PropertyMe’s platform.
From there, they can ask about portfolios, properties, tenancies, inspections, maintenance jobs, tasks, lease renewals, team members and contacts, including owners, tenants and suppliers.
For example, a Property Manager starting their week might ask:
- “Across all portfolios I manage, give me a breakdown of open tasks, jobs, inspections and renewals due this week.”
- “Flag anything in my open jobs, tasks, inspections and renewals that hasn’t had a status update in more than 30 days.”
- “Show me what is the average rent for each suburb in my portfolio.”
Answers can come back as tables, charts, spreadsheets or even personalised dashboards.
Reporting that fits your agency
Every agency measures performance differently and no set of standard reports covers every question a Principal or Portfolio Manager wants to ask.
Agencies often need to report on metrics across multiple portfolios, while standard reports cannot always cover every agency’s specific requirements.
PropertyMe’s AiMe Connect lets agencies build the view they need on the spot, across multiple portfolios, without waiting on a new report.
For example, they can now ask: “Create a spreadsheet with upcoming lease renewals and contract expiry review date for every property I manage across multiple portfolios.”
Ashleigh Goodchild, SOCO Realty’s Director of Property Management, said: “We can see stats, but we can’t actually see the reason behind those stats. That’s what AiMe Connect lets us see, the next layer we’ve been missing.”
Your PropertyMe data. Your AI. Part of the AiMe Family.
PropertyMe Chief Executive Officer, Brian Donn, said: “Principals and Property Managers tell us the same thing every day.
“The answers are already in PropertyMe, but sometimes getting to the data takes too many screens and too many reports.
“They want to ask a question in plain language and get an answer.
“In today’s tight economy and an environment of declining sales, Principals and investors need to stay on top of their assets and so innovations like AiMe Connect make that easy and proactive.

“We’re not asking agencies to adopt yet another tool.
“They’ve chosen PropertyMe to run their business, and yet many have also chosen an AI assistant they use every day.
“AiMe Connect brings the best of both worlds together, giving choice to more than 35,000 PropertyMe users who can put their live data to work in Claude or ChatGPT, save time and get back to delivering a great ‘human’ customer experience.
“PropertyMe’s AiMe Connect is the newest addition to the AiMe family of AI tools we developed specifically for residential real estate.
“AI needs clean data and context to be accurate and helpful – qualities our platform has in abundance.
“Our team spent years getting thousands of automated workflows right and then used these as a baseline to deploy AI at the point of need with assistive tools like AiMe Reply and AiMe Comply.
“AiMe Connect now opens up the data, and an Agentic AiMe is coming next which our ‘MeMates’ are incredibly excited about.
“AiMe is all about delivering native real estate AI to the point of need and letting property people choose AI their way – in PropertyMe or their own GPT.
“Our goal is to take hundreds of thousands of hours of busywork off agencies’ plates and get them back to the work they truly love.”
Built on an open standard with the trusted security you know and love
AiMe Connect uses Model Context Protocol (MCP), the emerging standard for connecting AI assistants to business software.
The initial release is read-only, allowing agencies to query their PropertyMe data without giving the AI access to change anything in their portfolio.
PropertyMe’s AiMe Connect solution respects existing PropertyMe access and permissions, with access controlled by the agency.
Customers are encouraged to review the data settings and permissions of their chosen AI tool.
AiMe Connect supports Claude and ChatGPT across desktop, web and mobile, with more AI platforms to be supported in future.
It will be available from 8 October 2026 to customers on PropertyMe’s Manage PM Advanced Subscription Tier or greater.
