Bringing a combination of frontline real estate experience and operational insight, Macri joins the network at an important stage in its continued growth across the state.
Having spent five years within some of Queensland’s largest real estate brands, Macri understands the industry from the ground up.
In his new role, he will focus on strengthening relationships across the network while building on the operational systems and support that Harcourts offices already rely on.
The appointment reflects Harcourts Queensland’s commitment to maintaining the strong operational foundations that support its network while continuing to evolve and enhance the services available to its offices as the brand grows.
Kiarni Hall, Head of Business Operations Australia, said the role was about both maintaining the strong support structure already in place and ensuring the network is well positioned for the next phase of growth.
“I’m genuinely excited to welcome Hunter as the Queensland Business Operations Manager at such a pivotal time for our network,” said Hall.
“Our focus has always been on providing consistent, high-quality operational support to our offices, and Hunter’s appointment ensures we continue to build on those foundations as we grow.
“What really stood out to me was Hunter’s background in recruitment. The ability to attract, identify and develop the right talent is essential in a growth environment, and this is a skill set our network can truly leverage.”
Andrew Friebe, CEO of Harcourts Queensland, said Macri’s appointment reflects the organisation’s commitment to strengthening the network from the inside out.
“We’ve built a strong operational platform for our offices across Queensland, and Hunter’s role will be about continuing to support and enhance that framework,” said Friebe.
“His experience working directly in real estate gives him a genuine understanding of what our offices need day to day. That insight, combined with his ability to build strong relationships across the network, will help ensure our people continue to receive the support they need to perform at their best.”
Macri said he was looking forward to working closely with Harcourts offices across the state. “Harcourts has built a reputation for supporting its offices with practical systems and a collaborative network,” said Macri. “I’m focused on strengthening engagement across the network, driving adoption of our systems and processes, and contributing to the continued growth and performance of our Queensland business.”
