Her appointment acknowledges not just her tenure, but her deep understanding of the network’s operations and culture.

“It is an absolute privilege to be able to join Tony in the CEO role for the Tasmanian network,” said Littlejohn.

“Having worked alongside Tony for the past 23 years, I have watched him grow and create an incredible network of offices. I’ve seen him share his incredible sales and leadership skills with so many aspiring real estate agents and watched their success follow—his mark is etched in the fabric of this brand forever.”

Tony Morrison welcomed the appointment, highlighting the strength of their working relationship.

The move has received strong support from the national leadership team. Adrian Knowles, CEO of Harcourts Australia, commented on the significance of this dual-leadership model for the region.

“Tasmania is a crucial market for Harcourts, and having two such high-calibre leaders at the top is a massive win for our network,” said Mr Knowles.

“Kate’s operational brilliance combined with Tony’s market influence creates a powerhouse leadership team. I’m excited to see how their combined strengths will drive regional growth and continue to support our business owners and agents across the state.”

This co-CEO structure signals Harcourts Tasmania’s commitment to robust leadership and sustainable growth, ensuring the network remains a dominant force in the Tasmanian property market.
