DiJones continues Lower North Shore growth with appointment of Tom Jones

DiJones Real Estate has appointed Tom Jones to its Neutral Bay office, continuing the business’s strategic growth across Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Tom joins DiJones with eight years’ experience in residential real estate and a strong track record in high-density and premium apartment markets.

He has been recognised as a top-performing sales agent by volume in both 2024 and 2025, reflecting consistent results across competitive and high-consideration transactions.

In addition to his residential sales performance, Tom established a bespoke referral partnership as the exclusive sales partner for Accor Mantra serviced apartments, overseeing resale activity across five Mantra buildings in Sydney.

The partnership highlights his ability to identify niche opportunities, build institutional relationships and deliver tailored solutions for investor clients.

Brent May, Chief Operating Officer at DiJones, said Tom’s appointment reflects the business’s focus on strengthening its sales teams with experienced, commercially minded professionals.

“Tom combines proven performance with strategic thinking.

“His ability to build and manage an exclusive partnership with a global hospitality brand demonstrates a level of commercial acumen that aligns strongly with how we operate at DiJones.

“He brings depth of experience, local knowledge and a client-first mindset to the Neutral Bay team.”

A Lower North Shore specialist, Tom has extensive experience across Chatswood, St Leonards, Crows Nest, North Sydney and Milsons Point, with particular expertise in premium apartments, serviced residences and large-scale residential developments.

“DiJones is known for its integrity, professionalism and long-term approach to client relationships,” said Tom.

“The business provides the platform, support and culture that allows agents to deliver consistent outcomes for clients, which is why this move made sense.”

Tom will be based at DiJones Neutral Bay, supporting buyers, sellers and investors with clear advice and a measured approach to achieving strong results.

This appointment continues DiJones’ investment in building depth, capability and long-term strength across its sales teams, as the business expands its footprint and expertise across key Sydney markets.

Established in 1992, DiJones operates more than 25 market-leading offices across residential, commercial and developments, spanning Sydney’s Upper North Shore, Mid North Shore, Lower North Shore, Northern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Hills District and Eastern Suburbs, as well as the Central Coast, Pacific Palms, Sutherland Shire, Southern Highlands and the Illawarra.
