Justin Baldoni lists Ojai estate for $8.9 million amid legal battle

The filmmaker and his wife Emily are selling their 10-acre compound while his court case with Blake Lively heads to trial in May.

Actor and filmmaker Justin Baldoni has listed his Southern California property for sale at $8.9 million (AUD$12.7 million), according to Page Six.

Justin, 42, and his wife Emily purchased the Ojai estate for $2.12 million in 2020.

The property spans more than 10 acres and includes a 5,200-square-foot main residence with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

It features views of the Topatopa Mountains.

The Sotheby’s listing describes it as a “rare retreat style compound.”

Outdoor amenities include a saltwater pool, pickleball and basketball courts, a putting green, an in-ground trampoline, a fire pit area and a koi pond with a waterfall.

The property also features a yoga dome and guest dome imported from Poland, a custom-built tiny house and an orchard with fruit and avocado trees.

The couple listed the property for rent at $40,000 per month in November before removing it two months later.

According to property records obtained by Page Six, they also purchased a six-bedroom Nashville residence for $3.4 million over the summer through a trust.

They maintain a Los Angeles farmhouse purchased for $1.04 million in 2017.

Justin and Emily married in July 2013 and have two children: daughter Maiya, 10, and son Maxwell, 8.

The listing comes as Justin’s legal dispute with actress Blake Lively continues toward trial.
