The Alderley office and its operations will transition under the leadership of Brendan Whipps, Etienne Labuschagne, Jodie Stainton and Greg Allan, continuing the company’s client‑first philosophy and culture of excellence.
This strategic move supports Harcourts Solutions’ long‑term vision to broaden its reach across Brisbane, increase market share, and expand both its Property Management and Sales teams.
The new location will also support Vision Money, the group’s mortgage broking arm, reinforcing Harcourts Solutions’ commitment to delivering a seamless, full‑service property experience.
As part of the transition, 30 new team members will join Harcourts Solutions, many of them long‑standing and well‑respected real estate professionals with strong community ties and deep local knowledge.
