US real estate brokerage SERHANT. has appointed Greg Chan as its new Chief Technology Officer, announcing the move via LinkedIn this week.
Mr Chan joins the business with a background spanning Microsoft, Amazon and senior leadership roles in the fintech sector. In his new role, he will oversee product development, artificial intelligence initiatives and the ongoing development of SERHANT.’s proprietary technology platform, S.MPLE.
The company said he will play a key role in advancing its technology strategy as SERHANT. continues to invest in tools designed to support agent productivity and service delivery across its growing ecosystem.
