This move marks a significant return for Nick and Julie Thornton to the brand where Nick spent 22 years of his extensive career.
With a real estate journey that began in 1985, Nick Thornton brings nearly four decades of industry experience to his new role.
As a lifelong resident of Brisbane’s northside, he possesses an unparalleled understanding of the local property market, having achieved over $575 million in settled sales.
Nick and Julie Thornton’s return is driven by a strong alignment with Harcourts’ values and supportive network.

The new Chermside office will operate under Mr Thornton’s mission to “recruit, develop, manage and retain awesome talent, apply that talent to benefit our clients and to do it with profit.” He is particularly proud of his team’s auction process, which boasts a success rate of over 96% in securing sales for vendors.

Mr Thornton is a Fellow Member of the REIQ and serves on the board of the REIQ Residential Sales Chapter, ensuring he remains at the forefront of industry knowledge. The new office will also continue his commitment to the community through its sponsorship of the Wavell Heights State High School sporting programme.
