The new office, located in the Bicheno area, will be operated by Megan Hampton, Harcourts International and Heidi Howe, the owner of Harcourts St Helens.
This expansion aims to meet the growing demand for property in the popular “sea change” destinations of Bicheno, Coles Bay, and Swansea.
These areas are renowned for their stunning scenery, including the iconic Wineglass Bay, and have become increasingly popular for those seeking a lifestyle change.
The new office will enhance Harcourts’ ability to serve clients in these key coastal communities.
Heidi Howe, who has owned Harcourts St Helens since 2017, brings a wealth of experience to this new venture.
With a strong background in banking and consistent recognition as a top-performing Harcourts agent in Tasmania for both Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Client Experience, Ms Howe is highly focused on customer service.
“We are excited to expand our presence on the East Coast of Tasmania,” Ms Howe said.
“This new office will allow us to better serve our clients in the region.”
Megan Hampton joins this expansion with an impressive 20-year real estate career, 13 years at Harcourts.
Her experience includes 11 years in Learning & Development, with roles supporting teams across Tasmania and Victoria, as well as her current international role.
Ms. Hampton has also previously owned two independent real estate businesses.
“I am thrilled to be working with Heidi to open this new office,” Ms Hampton said.
“We are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients.”
The move has been fully supported by Harcourts Tasmania’s leadership, who see it as a strategic step in strengthening the brand’s reach.
“This expansion is a testament to the strength of the Harcourts brand and the commitment of our team,” Tony Morrison, CEO Harcourts Tasmania said.
“We are confident that this new office will be a valuable asset to the community.”
