Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches appoints industry leader to investment sales team

Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches, the network’s top-performing commercial office for two consecutive years, has appointed industry leader Tom Tuxworth as Senior Executive, Investment Sales to support its next phase of growth.

Since opening in 2018, the office has evolved from a single-operator venture into a high-performing network of 12, recognised nationally for professionalism, depth of expertise and client results.

Mr Tuxworth brings more than 17 years of experience in metropolitan investment sales, including senior roles at CBRE and Savills, where he oversaw hundreds of transactions annually with a combined value exceeding $3 billion.

His record includes being named Commercial Salesperson of the Year for Australia and New Zealand.

Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches Principal Director James Willing, an REINSW Young Agent of the Year recipient, said the appointment reflects the business’s continued investment in capability and client outcomes.

“When we started, the goal was to build a specialist team with deep market knowledge, strong values and results that speak for themselves,” Mr Willing said.

“Today, we have a leadership group recognised for professionalism and negotiation skill across every facet of real estate.

Tom’s arrival strengthens an already exceptional team.”

The leadership group includes Senior Executive – Investment Sales & Leasing Klaudia Brown, who has been recognised as Belle Property Commercial’s national agent for transactions for two consecutive years and is credited with transforming Manly into one of Sydney’s leading retail destinations.

Mr Tuxworth said the decision to join Belle Property Commercial was driven by its culture, agility and vision.

“The Northern Beaches continues to attract both private and institutional capital as investors seek tightly held markets with resilient income profiles,” he said.

“What sets this business apart is its access to proprietary data, technology and shared intelligence.

It’s a culture of collaboration that turns insight into real competitive advantage for clients.”

The team recently completed the $40 million sale of 35–39 Darley Street East, Mona Vale to Inca Property Group, reinforcing its leadership in complex, high-value transactions.

With collaboration across seven offices spanning residential, projects and commercial divisions, the Northern Beaches team is entering a phase of accelerated growth, aiming to double its output over the next 12 months.
