The achievements highlight the network’s continued excellence in the Western Australian property market.
At the awards ceremony, which celebrated achievements across the real estate industry with 1,200 attendees to the sold-out event, Harcourts secured impressive recognition with representation in both the Top 5% category, and, thanks to the tremendous efforts of Nola Tully, also in the Top 1%.
The network’s standout performances included Harcourts Mandurah claiming the Top Medium Office by Listing Sold position, whilst Harcourts Alliance were runner up for both Top Large Office by Listings Sold, and Top Large Office by Value Sold.
Lastly, but significantly, Brad Malingre from Harcourts Mandurah was named in the Top 5 of the Rookie of the Year Award.
“These State results are testament to Harcourts WA passion to deliver our vision of providing the finest experience in real estate. Plus, our training and coaching events are consistently sold out, demonstrating our people’s commitment to continual improvement. Well done Harcourts WA. These results reflect our people first culture. This recognition reflects our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence and client satisfaction,” Shane Kempton, Harcourts WA CEO said.
The reiwa.com Annual Awards serve as the industry’s premier recognition event, celebrating the achievements of Western Australia’s real estate professionals.
Established in 1918, REIWA brings over 100 years of knowledge and experience as the peak industry body, representing over 90% of the sector across 9,700+ individuals and 1,350+ agencies and businesses.
REIWA President Suzanne Brown said the 2025 reiwa.com Awards recognised the individuals and agencies that excelled across residential and commercial sales, and residential property management for the 2024-25 financial year.
“On behalf of REIWA, I congratulate the winners and finalists of the 2025 reiwa.com Awards. Their outstanding performance over the past year represents the very best in our industry and sets the benchmark for their peers to aspire to.”
The recognition comes as validation of the network’s strategic approach to building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional market results.
Adrian Knowles, CEO Harcourts Australia, expressed pride in the team’s accomplishments: “We are incredibly proud to have our team members recognised among the top performers in the industry. Our success is driven by our focus on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional results for our clients.”
The awards recognition reinforces Harcourts’ position as a leading force in Western Australia’s competitive real estate landscape, demonstrating consistent performance across different office categories and market segments.
