Ronnie Singh launches First National RS Group, pledging a personal community-centred approach

Awardโ€‘winning Perth agent Ronnieโ€ฏSingh has opened the doors of Firstโ€ฏNational Real Estateโ€ฏRSโ€ฏGroup, realising a longโ€‘held ambition to lead his own agency while remaining part of the cooperative network that shaped his success.ย

Mr Singh says choosing First National was straightforward.

The network pairs a cooperative structure with practical, day-to-day support โ€“ strategic guidance, modern marketing and technology, and a culture that shares rather than competes.

โ€œMy journey in real estate began with a genuine passion for helping people find not just a property, but a place they could truly call home,โ€ Mrโ€ฏSingh said.

โ€œFirstโ€ฏNationalโ€™s professionalism, strong brand values, and commitment to innovation made staying with the network the only choice for me.โ€

Mrโ€ฏSingh says he grateful for the guidance he received from Jonathan Clover at First National Genesis in Perth, where he made his start and quickly earning industry recognition for both residential sales and property management.

Now, with Firstโ€ฏNational RSโ€ฏGroup, he intends to deliver the same awardโ€‘winning service under his own banner โ€“ supported by Firstโ€ฏNationalโ€™s proven systems, training, and culture of collaboration.

RSโ€ฏGroupโ€™s core mission is โ€œpersonalised, honest, resultsโ€‘driven real estateโ€. Every client can expect direct access to their agent, timely updates, and tailored market insights. โ€œWe prioritise real relationships over volume,โ€ Mrโ€ฏSingh said.

โ€œItโ€™s not just property โ€“ itโ€™s personal.โ€

Mr Singh will offer residential sales and property management services across Perth, with a handsโ€‘on, clientโ€‘first ethos โ€“ where no one gets lost in the process.

There will also be a community focus, support for local initiatives and the ambition of building longโ€‘term partnerships.

First National Real Estate Chief Executive Officer David Edwards welcomed the launch.

โ€œRonnieโ€™s progression from within the network to ownership reflects what our model is built to do โ€“ develop talent, back ambition and keep great operators independent.

โ€œWith more than 200 offices and over 2,000 agents, our members share capability rather than compete, and customers benefit from that unity.โ€

Mr Singh said the goal is simple โ€“ become Perthโ€™s most respected, communityโ€‘focused team.

โ€œWe will measure success by the quality of relationships we build and the results we deliver, not the volume of transactions.
