Woodards Manningham has announced it will unite with the team behind Marshall White Manningham, bringing together deep local knowledge, a strong track record in prestige property, and a shared focus on high-touch service.
The move sees Brenton Linmeiers and his team join Woodards and represents a strategic alignment to strengthen capability, expand reach and elevate the client experience across the Manningham market.
Woodards CEO Nigel O’Neil said the transition reflects both the strength of the Woodards network and the calibre of operators it continues to attract.
“This is about two high-performing teams coming together to strengthen what is already a very strong presence in Manningham,” Mr O’Neil said.

Mr O’Neil said the leadership group at Woodards Manningham, comprising directors Stasi Adgemis, Alec Stefanoski and Mr Linmeiers, represents a modern, highly engaged approach to real estate, combining experience with a progressive mindset.

For Mr Linmeiers, the decision to join Woodards was driven by long-standing relationships and a shared vision for what a modern real estate business should look like.
