Carolyn Drane joins David Wereszczuk at RE/MAX Advanced to double the size of his business.

RE/MAX Advanced welcomes the highly respected and much-acclaimed agent and business owner, Carolyn Drane, to the team as it also expands into a second office located in Ningi.
David Wereszczuk, broker owner of RE/MAX Advanced, said the purchase of Mrs Drane’s real estate office doubled the size of his business.
“I have been incredibly fortunate that Carolyn was desiring a move away from business ownership.
“RE/MAX Advanced is equal #1 for market share on Bribie Island and Carolyn is #1 in her market, through Ningi and Beachmere. She absolutely owns the acreage/lifestyle market,” he said.
Mr Wereszczuk has already doubled the size of his RE/MAX business since taking ownership two and a half years ago.
“Carolyn built her business – on the back of acreage and lifestyle – from nothing to one that is worth millions. Strategically, this is a massive move that expands our marketplace perfectly.”
The Ningi office has been rebranded. Accompanying Carolyn Drane in her shift to RE/MAX are her Operations Manager, and sister, Angela Le Fevre and agent John Sulkowski.

Selling my business to David was one set of reins I was happy to hand over.”
Mrs Drane was named in the country’s top 20 agents by Real Estate Business magazine last year and was consistently recognised as a ‘Top 5’ performing agent within the Eview group when working with that brand.
