Turner Real Estate has continued its expansion in South Australia, adding a third office after acquiring North Adelaide’s Bowman Morse Real Estate.

Turner Real Estate has further cemented its position as a premier property management and sales agency in Adelaide with the acquisition of Bowman Morse Real Estate in North Adelaide.
Combining forces, this third Turner office will ensure all of the Adelaide metropolitan area is serviced for both sales and property management.
Turner Real Estate Managing Director, Lachlan Turner, said that aligning with the team at Bowman Morse Real Estate was a natural fit as both companies share the same client service values and are respected for their staff longevity and business acumen.

The acquisition of the North Adelaide based office aligns with Turner Real Estate’s strategy to expand offices across the metropolitan area with three offices – the headquarters at 49 Greenhill Road Wayville, a coastal office at Christies Beach and now a north-eastern office at North Adelaide.
Servicing almost 4,000 properties for rental management and selling hundreds of properties annually, Turner Real Estate is one of Adelaide’s largest independent agencies for residential property.
