Two leading Melbourne agents Malek Younan and Phillip Mercieca have joined forces to open a business within the Ray White Group.
The pair who have been friends since they studied together at Gladstone Park Secondary College are now so excited to be opening a Ray White business in the community they know and love.
The successful duo have a combined 30 years real estate experience between them in Melbourne’s north-west.
“We have consistently been strong performers in our area, with over 15 years of experience each” said the team who will soon open a Ray White office to service the needs of the Gladstone Park community.
Mr Mercieca said they love their community and have a real passion to assist both purchasers & sellers achieve their dreams. “It’s a great place to raise your family. We both have young families and we are now a family-owned business joining Australia’s largest family-owned agency,” he said.
“Malek and I have known each other well before our real estate careers began, so our roots run very deep in this area.”
Mr Younan said the pair have both individually been successful leading agents in their local market and bring a lot of experience to the table. “We are very excited and are now looking forward to doing great things for the community we love, stronger than ever as a joint force.”
Ray White Group joint chairman Brian White this week stopped by Gladstone Park to congratulate the pair on their exciting plans.
