The market leader with 33 per cent market share in Glenwood, has a team of seven, who have joined him in opening Ray White Glenwood.
“We are a young, high energy team and we are all deeply connected in the north west region of Sydney. The real estate industry is moving fast and to take my business to the next level of ownership, I need Ray White to help with the structure and performance support,” Mr Nair said.
The Ray White Group is attracting a new generation of principals coming through, who are all energetic go-getting high achievers.
“I have a very hard working team around me and we are all looking forward to helping our clients in the same way. Our clients will see no different, we’re offering the same high standard of customer service.”
Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White said it was always a compliment when top agents such as Mr Nair join the group started by his great-grandfather in 1902.
“Our core purpose has always been to provide the best environment for our agents and businesses to thrive and prosper in.”
Ray White NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said Shiv Nair was a part of the new wave of high performing young agents joining the group.
“We work with each principal to develop a business plan unique to the business they are trying to grow. We firmly see ourselves as partners, not franchisors, and this collaborative approach is very attractive to the next generation of business owners,” Mr McCulloch said.
“We are progressive and support their ambitions. We really have become a brand of attraction here in New South Wales for this style of agent.
“And of course when the number one agent in another group comes to the number one agency in the state, it’s a compliment.”
