Top agent Steven Kremer joins Ray White Centenary

Steven Kremer, the leading real estate agent in Jindalee with more than 21 years of industry experience, has joined Ray White Centenary as co-director alongside Cameron Crouch, bringing his exceptional track record and deep local expertise to the new business.

Mr Kremer has built an outstanding reputation as a market leader across the Centenary suburbs, consistently delivering superior results, trusted advice, and fostering long-term relationships with clients throughout his career.

“Alongside myself and Aimee, Steven has come on board as co-director of Ray White Centenary, working in conjunction with Ray White Sherwood to offer clients the combined strength of two dynamic teams,” Cameron Crouch, co-director of Ray White Centenary said.

The appointment marks a significant milestone for Ray White Centenary, representing the next phase of growth for the team’s expanding operations.

“I am so excited to be moving into this next phase and levelling up all areas of our business from sales to rentals and community involvement,” said Mr Kremer.

“For the last five years, we have run our own agency at Jindalee, and we have long wanted to bring something different to what’s currently on offer.

“We have significant market share and good traction in the area, with many record sales to our name.”

Mr Kremer’s decision to join Ray White stems from his commitment to providing enhanced service to his clients while maintaining the personal touch that has defined his career.

“Joining Cameron Crouch allows me to keep doing what I love – talking to customers. I just have new colours now; I’m in yellow,” he said with characteristic enthusiasm.

As a family man with a wife and three children aged 18 months, 4, and 6, Mr Kremer embodies the community-focused approach that resonates with families across the Centenary suburbs.

“We live here and work here. From school to sports, we enjoy the opportunity for family connection and community integration at scale,” he said.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Mr Kremer moved to Brisbane at age 14 in 2000, growing up in the western suburbs before completing his education and embarking on an international business management course.

He entered Brisbane real estate in 2004, quickly recognising the importance of geographical specialisation.

“I’ve always felt you had to be an area specialist,” Mr Kremer said.

“We’ve carved out a niche in the Centenary suburbs, and my wife and I have bought five different properties over the years, so we understand the market from both sides.”

The Centenary Suburbs, a group of suburbs in south-west Brisbane include Jindalee, Jamboree Heights, Middle Park, Sinnamon Park, Westlake, Mount Ommaney, Riverhills, Seventeen Mile Rocks and Sumner, and they represent some of Brisbane’s most desirable family-friendly locations.

Mr Kremer’s intimate knowledge of these nine suburbs, combined with Ray White’s technological capabilities and streamlined processes, creates a powerful combination for clients.

“We are very much competition creators with a strong auction-focused business,” Mr Kremer said.

“We conduct many auctions and have become ambassadors to the area, which can only deliver better outcomes for our clients through onsite auctions.”

The integration with Ray White’s advanced technology platform was a key factor in Mr Kremer’s decision.

“Ray White’s tech will add significant value to what we’re already doing.

“We’re ‘superpowering’ our operations and boosting our systems with streamlined processes to provide better overall outcomes for our clients.”

When asked about his secret to long-term success in real estate, Mr Kremer’s response was immediate: “Integrity. You have to tell the truth. No one employs us to fluff their ego – we must always offer the best advice and maintain a long-term attitude.”

Ray White Centenary and Ray White Sherwood operate on the same side of the Brisbane River, creating a trusted business network that strengthens service delivery across the region.

With current market conditions showing 80 per cent of buyers trading up, along with a smaller investor segment, Mr Kremer’s expertise in matching properties to buyers’ needs becomes increasingly valuable.

“Right now, buyers are looking for bang for their buck in the $1.5 million range,” Mr Kremer said.

“Having lived all over the world, I understand what makes Brisbane’s western suburbs special for families seeking quality lifestyle and value.”

The appointment of Steven Kremer as co-director represents Ray White Centenary’s commitment to combining local expertise with global resources, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service in Brisbane’s competitive real estate market.
