Phil Crowder, a long-time Adelaide Hills real estate identity with more than 20 years of experience, has joined TOOP+TOOP, bringing his team with him.
The team joining Phil comprises Elsie Burvill, Angelica Curtis, Karen Van Der Heyden and property manager Jolyon Oakey.
They will continue to operate from their office at 50 Mount Barker Road, Stirling, and unite with TOOP+TOOP’s existing Adelaide Hills advisors, Anita Hardingham and the Lindsay team of James Lindsay, Bronwyn Lindsay and Sarah Phillips.
On the property management side, Jolyon will work alongside TOOP+TOOP property manager Bianca Basso.
TOOP+TOOP Owner/Director Bronte Manuel described the move as a natural progression for the South Australian agency.
“The Adelaide Hills has always been an important part of TOOP+TOOP. Our team has represented some remarkable homes and worked with generations of local families across the region, so establishing a permanent home in Stirling feels like the right next step,” Bronte said.
“Phil is one of the most respected real estate professionals in the Hills. He has built an exceptional reputation through his experience, local knowledge and genuine care for his clients,” Bronte said.
“We are delighted to welcome Phil and his team to TOOP+TOOP and bring them together with our established Adelaide Hills advisors. Collectively, they offer an exceptional depth of knowledge and a shared commitment to the region,” Bronte added.
Phil said the move would let his team combine local relationships with a larger network.
“Joining TOOP+TOOP is an exciting new chapter for our team and one that feels like a strong fit,” Phil said.
“We share a commitment to outstanding service, quality marketing and achieving the best possible result for every client. Importantly, we also share a genuine connection to the Adelaide Hills and an understanding of what makes this community and its property market so distinctive,” Phil said.
“Our clients will continue to work with the same local people they know and trust, now supported by TOOP+TOOP’s technology, buyer network and marketing expertise,” Phil added.
The combined team will service the Adelaide Hills, including Stirling, Aldgate and Crafers, along with surrounding townships. TOOP+TOOP said the group will draw on its buyer network, TOOP VAULT, which the agency says connects properties with more than 42,000 registered buyers.
